Does the tenant rent their home (or the lot the home sits on) in Douglas County outside the Omaha city limits?
Must be a US Citizen or Legal Resident to qualify for this assistance program.
Financially Impacted by COVID-19
Is the tenant behind on rent or utilities due to COVID-19? This includes receiving unemployment, reduction in income, incurred significant costs, or other financial hardship.
Household Income Below 80% AMI
Is the tenant's household receiving income below 80% of the area median income for the area? This is up to $48,750/year for a single person; up to $69,600/year for a family of four.
